The terms that apply when you buy an instrument or book bench time with us.
This is a demonstration site. In a live Fret & Fader store, this page would carry the full terms of sale and service.
Orders and dispatch
In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Every instrument is set up on the bench before it ships.
Returns
Anything that does not suit the player can be returned within 14 days, in its original condition, for a refund or exchange.
Bench work
Setups, fretwork and repairs are quoted before any work begins. A setup is included at no charge on every instrument you buy from us.
